EU orders

You have 30 days from receipt to return your order for a refund or exchange. To return an item, fill out the Return Form enclosed with your order and follow the steps below.

1. Email

Send an email to onlineshop@studiob3.pl with your order number and the items you wish to return.

2. Pack

Pack the items securely and include the completed Return Form inside the package. All returned items must be unworn, with original tags and packaging, in original resalable condition.

3. Ship

Send the return to:
studio b3, Góra Libertowska 45, 30-444 Libertów, Poland.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Keep your return receipt — studio b3 is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Returns are accepted only for items purchased directly from studiob3.pl.

Refunds

Refunds (excluding original shipping costs) are processed within 2–7 Business Days of receiving the return, via the original payment method. Note that refunds may take additional time to appear on your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the item is defective, incorrect, or a wrong size was sent — in those cases we cover the return shipping cost in full.

Exchanges

We exchange items for a different size of the same product. If the requested size is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

In case of a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at onlineshop@studiob3.pl as soon as possible. A replacement will be sent at no extra charge and we will cover the return shipping cost.

Orders outside EU

You have 30 days from receipt to return your order. Please email us before shipping anything back.

1. Email us first

Email onlineshop@studiob3.pl with your order number and the items you wish to return. Do not ship without hearing from us first.

2. Wait for your return label

We'll send you a prepaid return label. Your return must be shipped with the same carrier that delivered your original order — this is required for customs clearance. A return shipping fee of €30 / $33 will be deducted from your refund.

3. Pack carefully

Pack securely to prevent damage in transit. All returned items must be unworn, with original tags and packaging, in original resalable condition. Include the completed Return Form inside the package.

Customs declaration — mandatory. Attach a completed customs declaration and a copy of your original invoice to the outside of the package in a transparent pocket. The declaration must state: "RETURNED GOODS ORIGINATING IN THE EU". Missing or incomplete declaration will cause customs delays and may result in additional charges deducted from your refund.

Keep your return receipt — studio b3 is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
