We will reimburse you within 14 days of the date you submit this notice; however, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

EU orders

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Studio b3 additionally offers an extended voluntary return period of 30 days from receipt.

To return an item, fill out the Return Form enclosed with your order and follow the steps below.

2. Pack

Pack the items securely and include the completed Return Form inside the package. All returned items must be unworn, with original tags and packaging, in original resalable condition.

3. Ship

Send the return to:
studio b3, Góra Libertowska 45, 30-444 Libertów, Poland.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Keep your return receipt — studio b3 is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Returns are accepted only for items purchased directly from studiob3.pl.

Refunds

We will reimburse you within 14 days of the date you submit your withdrawal notice, using the original payment method. We may withhold this reimbursement until we have received the returned goods, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

As an operational target, we aim to process most refunds within 2–7 business days of receiving the returned item — well inside the statutory deadline above. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

For withdrawals made under applicable EU consumer protection laws, refunds include the purchase price of the returned item(s) and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered at checkout. Any additional delivery costs resulting from the customer's choice of a more expensive delivery method are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective, incorrect, or otherwise not in conformity with the order. In such cases, studio b3 will cover the return shipping cost in full.

For returns made after the statutory withdrawal period under our voluntary 30-day return policy, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We exchange items for a different size of the same product. If the requested size is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

In case of a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at onlineshop@studiob3.pl as soon as possible. A replacement will be sent at no extra charge and we will cover the return shipping cost.

Orders outside EU

You have 30 days from receipt to return your order. Please email us before shipping anything back.

1. Email us first

Email onlineshop@studiob3.pl with your order number and the items you wish to return. Do not ship without hearing from us first.

2. Pack carefully

Pack securely to prevent damage in transit. All returned items must be unworn, with original tags and packaging, in original resalable condition. Include the completed Return Form inside the package.

3. Ship

Send the return to:

Customs declaration — mandatory. Attach a completed customs declaration and a copy of your original invoice to the outside of the package in a transparent pocket. The declaration must state: "RETURNED GOODS ORIGINATING IN THE EU". Missing or incomplete declaration will cause customs delays and may result in additional charges deducted from your refund.

Keep your return receipt — studio b3 is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 2–7 Business Days of receiving the return, via the original payment method.

In case of a defective or incorrect item, a replacement will be sent at no extra charge and the return shipping fee will not be deducted from your refund.
