Part II – General Principles

Orders are placed and processed per these Terms & Conditions and applicable Polish law. Prices are given in PLN, USD, or EUR and include VAT.

Part III – How to Place an Order

Orders can be placed 24/7; processed on Business Days only. Select product → add to cart → checkout → enter details → select payment and delivery → confirm → Order and Pay.

Part IV – Payment Methods

Bank transfer, electronic payment via PayU or PayPal, credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard). Total delivery cost is visible at checkout.

Part V – Delivery

In-stock items shipped within 1–3 Business Days. Delivery to Poland, EU, USA, Canada, and Australia. Maximum delivery time: 30 days.

Part VI – Right of Withdrawal

30-day withdrawal period from receipt. Return address: PAULINA BLACHURA studio b3, Góra Libertowska 45, 2nd Floor, 30-444 Libertów, Poland. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Part VII – Complaints

Send complaints to onlineshop@studiob3.pl including your order number and description of the issue. Resolved within 14 days.
