All orders are shipped from Kraków, Poland via UPS or DHL.

Shipping costs for orders under €200

*We ship worldwide. Please note we are currently unable to ship to Russia and Ukraine.

Dispatch times

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 Business Days of placing your order. Some products are made to order — in that case, dispatch takes up to 7 Business Days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the following Business Day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking notification by email.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Transit may vary due to distance, public holidays, carrier delays, or weather conditions.

• EU: 2–5 Business Days from dispatch

• Outside EU: 3–10 Business Days from dispatch

Taxes and import duties

Prices shown on studiob3.pl include VAT where applicable. Customers outside the EU are charged at 0% VAT.

Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes for deliveries outside the EU are not included in your order and are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees vary by country — we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order. Your order will not be released by customs until any applicable fees are paid.

Unsuccessful delivery

If delivery is unsuccessful, your carrier will make further attempts or hold the parcel at a nearby facility. Please check your tracking link regularly for updates.

It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may apply for re-dispatch.
